Our Downloads Library provides access to custom file downloads for personal usage in accordance with licenses and other regulations attached. Licenses and regulations attached may differ between files, the responsibility to check the contents is binding at usage of this service. This service is the only authorized source guaranteeing availability of the latest releases, previous releases required for saved games/scenarios/multi-player games, and bug-fix releases. Custom file copies available and obtained elsewhere are unlawfully supplied, and downloading and installing them for personal usage is inadvisable. Problems or other issues as a result of using such custom file copies supplied elsewhere, is not a responsibility of this site.
