Although perhaps a bit quiet around here, but certainly not dead - at least not in the vicinity of the drawing board... Here's some progress showing new skyscrapers entering the downtown area as part of the INFRA Tycoon project... Some of them based on real world buildings, others from pure imagination... And more in the works... Attachment:

Both yes and no... The idea is to provide the project with a basic building set, for the downtown example mainly w2w-buildings as is typical in most European cities. Additionally there will be skyscrapers where a user can mix and match and create a typical N American downtown with its caracteristic skyline... something that is also valid for many European cities these days to be honest... It's not decided if skyscrapers will be offered as eye candy only, or in any other form...

There's some strange lines in the lower part of the dark blue skyscraper. It looks a bit like the catenary from the tramline on the street behind it.

Awesome I think those buildings are perfectly realistic. It seems like we were in a business centre of a big American city.

Great graphics as always but you might be having a bit of a congestion problem. One can hardly see the complete beauty of these skyscrapers because another skyscraper sits in such close proximity to it.

I really like the one to the left. And the building in the background, left of the Sony tower, looks a bit like a grey version of Krämaren

Oh, so sorry you had to wait for a reply, but being a dragon my enormous feets are a bit clumpsy to walk around with... But yes, I like the left one too... It's the Tour Montparnasse in Paris... The one that sort of looks like "Krämaren" which I don't think it does though - perhaps if it was a bit more greyish - I forgot to make a note of the name... And thanks to Wally I just doubled my 1x2 sprites and will be able to add lots more... the large black one in the front - with the A on top - I believe will look better as 1x2 instead...
